• What type of payments do you accept?

• I purchased one of your products, when I'll recieve the software?
  Answer :
  We deliver our products via email within 24-48 hours of your payment being verified.
• I purchased one of your products using the PayPal eCheck Payment Method.
  Why I don't have recieved the software yet?
  Answer :
  The eCheck Payment will remain "Uncleared" until the funds have cleared from the buyer's account, which usually takes 4 business days.
  We'll deliver the products when the funds have cleared into our PayPal account.
• I've lost my copy, do I have to purchase again?
  Answer :
  No. Contact us specifying informations about you and your purchase (order#, email, name). We'll do our best to send you the file as soon as possible.
• I purchased one of your products, how can I upgrade it to the newer version available?
  Answer :
  As soon as possible we will e-mail you the latest version of our products.
• Do you have any trial or downlodable version?
  Answer :
  No. Due to the nature of our applications ( open source code ), we do not have any trial or downlodable versions available.
  You can check our applications with our on-line demos.
• Can I install these applications on multiple domains?

  Our applications comes in 3 different licencing agreements.

• What kind of documentation do you provide?
  Answer :
  All of our applications come with an HTML manual that explains in detail how to set and use the application.
• Do you have a money back guarantee?
  Answer :
  No. Due to the nature of our applications ( open source code ), all of our sales are final.
